Who Runs Evorenza & Why We Exist
Evorenza is built and maintained by an independent group of software engineers and privacy advocates who believe digital utility tools should never come at the expense of personal privacy.
Why Evorenza Exists
Every day, millions of people upload sensitive legal agreements, personal tax forms, medical receipts, and private photos to generic online utility websites. What many users do not realize is that traditional converters upload your documents to third-party cloud servers where they can be cached, logged, analyzed, or exposed to data breaches. Furthermore, many such websites trap users with unexpected paywalls, low conversion quotas, or watermarked outputs.
We built Evorenza to establish a modern alternative: **a 100% free, browser-first platform where your files never leave your device**.
Our Zero-Upload Privacy Approach
Instead of renting cloud compute clusters to process documents on remote servers, Evorenza harnesses the processing power already inside your computer or smartphone:
- **Client-Side WebAssembly**: High-performance compiled C/C++ and Rust libraries run natively inside your browser sandboxed environment to parse and manipulate complex document trees.
- **HTML5 Canvas & Web Workers**: Heavy image compression, rasterization, and filtering run across background CPU threads without freezing your user interface.
- **Native Web Cryptography**: Password generation and cryptographic hashing use your operating system's hardware-backed random number generator and `SubtleCrypto` APIs.
- **Immediate Memory Eviction**: When a file operation completes or when you close the tab, all in-memory buffers are automatically garbage-collected by your browser.
How to Verify It Yourself (Browser Network Tab)
We believe privacy should be verifiable, not merely promised. Anyone with a modern desktop browser can independently confirm that zero file bytes leave their machine:
1. Open your browser's Developer Tools by pressing **F12** (or **Ctrl+Shift+I** on Windows/Linux, **Cmd+Option+I** on macOS).
2. Click on the **Network** tab.
3. In the filter bar, select **Fetch/XHR** (or leave on **All**).
4. Drag and drop any document or image into an Evorenza tool (e.g. PDF to Image, Image Compressor, Merge PDF) and click process.
5. Inspect the Network request log: you will notice that **zero document byte streams or file payloads** are transmitted over the internet. All calculations occur locally in volatile memory.
Our 100% Free Funding Model (Google AdSense)
Evorenza is completely free. We do not offer paid tiers, subscriptions, paywalls, or credit systems. We sustain our infrastructure costs and ongoing feature development through standard, non-intrusive advertising provided by Google AdSense. This ensures high-utility tools remain accessible to students, freelancers, and businesses worldwide without financial barriers.
