Evorenza is completely free to use with zero registration requirements. All conversion and editing tools run entirely inside your browser using client-side WebAssembly, HTML5 Canvas, and native JavaScript streams. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, never inspected, and never retained.

1. Document & Tool File Privacy - **Zero Server Uploads**: When you select or drag files into Evorenza tools, processing executes locally in your browser RAM. Your documents, photos, and files never leave your computer or mobile device. - **Immediate Memory Clearance**: All document buffers and temporary data streams are cleared immediately when the conversion completes or when you close the browser tab. - **No Document Mining or Storage**: We do not store, index, sell, or analyze your files.

2. Optional Accounts & Stored Information Creating an account on Evorenza is **100% optional**. You never need an account to use any tool, download files, or access features.

If you choose to create a free account, we store only: - **Account Identification**: Your email address and authentication UID (via Firebase Authentication). - **Personal Preferences**: Your preferred language, theme (light/dark), and favorited tools. - **Saved History**: A personal timestamped log of tool actions you performed so you can reference them across devices.

**We never store file contents or document data in user accounts.**

3. How to Delete Your Account and Data You have full ownership of your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated records (history, favorites, and profile) at any time: 1. Navigate to your **Profile / Account** page while signed in. 2. Click **"Delete My Account and Data"**. 3. Confirm by typing "DELETE". Your account and all stored history will be purged immediately and irreversibly.
